Sadly, no such designs were ever revealed. Ken Ishikawa died before his Getter Robo Saga could be finished. Getter Emperor 1 was all we ever got.

Honestly, there's no comparing the two; both mechs run on infinitely increasing power. On a purely theoretical level, I'd side with Emperor, since it not only shares the ability to rise in power with its pilot's will with TTGL, but it constantly absorbs matter and energy around it too, so any attack that doesn't kill it is likely just going to straight-up add into its strength. On the other hand, TTGL is an unequivocally righteous being, entirely under the combined control of its pilots, while the Emperor is more of an eldritch abomination that happens to want to keep humanity "alive", even if questionably so through methods like making them part machine or just straight up remaking its pilots if they get killed. Put another way, if the Spiral Nemesis had a physical shape, it'd likely look a lot like the Emperor. Which is to say, narratively, it's likely a full story would side with TTGL for the sake of 'good' winning versus 'evil'.
