I am just saying Some times there is more to it than what meets the eye... If you were in that position and didn't drink and was accused by a machine saying that you were drinking... I know you would want to know what was going on or what made the machine go off ... if this person didn't do it then why not defend himself .. if I was being told I was doing something I wasn't. I would like to defend myself too and figure out the reason of why things happen the way it did

Hey neighbor! I’ve been driving for 20yrs(since 2003) I’ve been in some crazy wind conditions. I was recently empty going through Pennsylvania with 50mph gusts. Yes the wind does push but I was able to keep my truck in my lane. There is no way the guy you showed in this video was 80,000 lbs. I’ve talked to others drivers in my group and all agree that the man that hit those bikers was probably on his phone. I will say that because of accidents like this, it won’t be long and insurance companies are going to require cab facing cameras. Today’s drivers just don’t pay attention.

Alex...Remember before u are asked to preform a breath test u will preform a field test..if u fail the "roadside" test u are asked for a breath test. Plus "very important" u will have answered several " questions" that answer how much alcohol u have consumed. So no no no bread does not get u a DWI unless it was a lot of Rum cake or Rum bread. The trick with bread can be easily explained away in court.

Mr. Collins, you are well aware of the DUI laws , prescribed testing time limits along with the time of your last drink. Certainly more than one roadside test before receiving a DUI.. Scientist and doctors developed the testing methods that are implemented by police. I have never heard an educated person attempt to lead people to believe that you could get a DUI from eating bread. It’s alcohol that is culprit.

If you blow anything other than 0s you are getting arrested if you have a cdl for the simple fact that you can't transport alcohol in a commercial vehicle. They still count it as transporting if it's in your system.

I found my first local job via Craigslist. My second was from local paper ad. This last one I found by looking online for local companies and making phonecalls. You can also try just driving around your local area and seeing what's there. Hope that helps

F’ trucking, had workday off, left phone charging at home on accident. In this world nowadays you have to have phone chained to hip. That’s F’d up. Left to run errands that morning. Half hour of leaving house FMCSA hit me up for random. Did not know till I returned home. Out for 3 1/2 to 4 hrs. Employer turned it in. FMCSA took it as a refusal. My a**. Hell, call me in for a hair follicle, they can test my hair. That’s better testing than a urine. Now I have to go thru SAP program when I don’t drink or do drugs. F’ the FMCSA.

You're a f--cking con. No one drives in hurricane winds as a normal day and are ignorant to attempt it any other day at tropical storm wind speeds. Tropical winds up to 73, hurricane 74 and above. Bismarck to North Platte connects on dog-legs via 83/183. I have 31,000 in the box. My oversteer was one full half-turn to the left on the wheel. I dropped two gears and it did not change. Temporarily did a jake for a try on some added stability, negative it did not stabilize. Wind gusts were pushing that hard...at 35 gusts to 50. My inside tires on the tandems were tracking on top of the white line on the right shoulder. My tractor was straight and even in the right lane. I refuse to just "stop" and sit in it. That is suicide, especially in the open with no stop anywhere. I got over into the left lane and in 8 miles turned into a Sinclair Truck Stop and parked in between 4 trucks. We rocked the rest of that day and all night. I run all 48 and always have. I will never ever run anything but OTR with my own trailer for live loading and live unloading. I f--king despise drop-n-hooks and always have. I hate those damn set-ups. In other words I know my equipment. I run my own stuff and know where I am going. I also know what weather does. If Utah "waited" to shut down a stretch of highway for 105 mph winds its for one of two reasons. 1). It was not directly in the area of the Officer reporting it therefore they were "after the fact" in response to shutting it down. 2). You're a liar. No one will or can drive in Cat-3 winds. That type of wind will cut 2ft. Reinforced concrete pillars. I will use that left lane, or any lane as long as it keeps that trailer out of the grass until I get to a place to safely stop. Speak for yourself.

Not unless you stay in the sleeper almost the entire time. Dot only allows you to ride in the passenger seat for a maximum of 2 hours off duty, after that you must log on duty or in the sleeper. So unless you have food and a restroom in the truck, good luck proving that...
