Usually just minced meat, like Ngoh Hiang. Some places may put liver. And welcome to Penang / Malaysia!

Chicken rice in salak south kedai kopi tian hong the char siew is the best in semenanjung malaysia edi.. go la try there. Sunway garlic chicken rice for me 2/10. Rice is with planta.. omg.. pls la

The last shop is very inconsistent, i stopped going there after being disappointed a few times in a row. One of the old staff is also very rude, not recommended.
