I'm with you on the exercise thing. I actually attempted that. Recording myself out of shape and routines to get in shape. I was doing well for about two weeks, then I just kept forgetting to record. I have the poor man's squatty potty...my kids' step stool next to the sink. I looked up squatty potty it's like a $50 toilet stepstool! Mine was $6 and it folds up for storage and I don't look like a crazy person if I take it into the laundry room to reach the clothes in the bottom of the washing machine (I'm short, I practically have to climb in to get the last few socks and underwear on the bottom)!
