Very informative! Your videos removed the obstacle I had from buying T-bills from secondary market on Fidelity. I noticed, however, that the yields available in the secondary market (even for qty 1, 5 or 10) are substantially higher than those under New Issues (about 0.2%). How so?

when buying T Bills does it matter if the rating column for Moody's rating is AAA or if there is nothing displayed...
