I had poor egg quality. I'm 48 had my 1st child at 41 2nd child at 46. I had 3 miscarriages before I was able to conceive. My fertility Dr. had me to try CO Q10 . I did take a prenatal as well. 3 months later I was pregnant. My son will be 6 in June. It will happen for you. I had a lot of test ran as well. All came back fine except poor egg quality.

I’m happy to see you are in a good state of mind, Jennifer. You have gone through so much in a short period of time🙏🏿 I think you have a pretty good game plan as far as honoring your body and giving it time. I take ubiqunol for egg quality. It’s superrrrr expensive but definitely has a lot of research behind it. Btw, my jaw dropped when you said you were 39! And i honestly don’t believe you lol anyways, continue to take care of yourself dear❤❤❤

I’m not a big chicken fan either but I make a chicken teriyaki stir fry and I enjoy it. I also eat air fryer chicken wings and that’s about it. Side note - I’m so happy your daughter wasn’t in the car when he came to steal it.

Glad to hear I’m not the only one that’s not a big fan of chicken lol. I cook it so many diff ways…but it still grosses me out sometimes. I’m so happy she wasn’t in the car either 🙏🏾

Hi Jennifer, I enjoy your channel. Sorry about the difficulty you are having with fertility. You have a beautiful family though. Try cooking fresh foods from scratch that way you know what is in the food. Also be careful with skin and hair products. I hear they can cause issues with fertility.

Thank you I cook from scratch 5-6 days a week. I have also been looking at labels a lot lately because I heard that skin and hair products affect fertility too 😩😔
