I feel ya on the HG. I had it so bad with both pregnancies, especially my first- I was young and thought it was normal...I was so sick!! They called me "toilet face" where I worked, that's how bad it was. Anyway, there's a light at the end of the tunnel...stay strong mama, you're doing great!!

It’s SO BAD! I’m so sorry you’ve also had to deal with it, it’s very very common unfortunately 😭 I really felt it was my badge of honor to pregnancy and than one day I woke up and I couldn’t deal with it anymore after 3 weeks of almost constant throwing up, I needed meds for my sanity. I’m hoping it’ll chill out around week 16, that’s what they hoped for me! They also said it’s bad because my levels still are so high from the twinnies, so hoping my body adjusts soon!

Working out while pregnant is a mind saver. It really helped me feel like myself and bonus my baby loved to walk and walk and walk as an infant in the stroller and carrier.

You’re doing great! I had so many people telling me I was crazy for working out in my pregnancies but It was cleared by my docs and it helped me feel sane! Also, it is because of weight training and walking that I was able to have the strength to push for quite a long time with my first. Working out was a pregnancy game changer for me!

Yup I’ve had that already too! As soon as I shared on Instagram I was cleared the comments came rolling in 🤣 it’s really such an old school mentality to not workout pregnant for many it might unfortunately be an option because of being high risk but I’m so thankful for providers who believe it’s the BEST thing for pregnancy for the 3rd and 4th trimesters!! Plus you’re so right! This week I have felt so normal my sanity felt a little off the past 8 weeks I’m a girl who likes to do things, sitting around sucks so I’m so so so happy to be back at it!

My OB told me the same thing . I’m 33 wks + 4 at the moment and I just pr’d my deadlift at 235 yesterday. I think working out has been keeping my weight gain minimal and helping me prepare for labor in a month 😊. Sorry about the HG hopefully it gets better for you!

Yes ,They are right,I was a professional Runner in my youth age and Believe Me ,never I was sick (besides flew) kip be strong don’t listen the People,if You the strong Now, going to be strong hole Your Life !!!!!!!
