I’m loving the Christmas vlogs ! You’re doin great MaCenna ! Take it easy on yourself , you’ll have plenty of time for projects but Cade will only be a baby for such a short time ❤ in regards to that BIG patio pot, you can get casters for underneath to easily move them around ! Any garden center or even Amazon , I found ones that will hold a lot of weight . Can’t wait to see it done !😊

Hang in there your growing as a Mama with him. There will always be challenges with a child - even when they grow to be adults (I know lol). I have 2 boys, they are grown now and STILL the shining lights of my life! Have no doubts in what you do as a Mama and Romeo as a Daddy!

No wonder it takes you so much time to do a video on your big channel; this vlog showed that there is so much work that goes into filming an episode. It’s not just as simple as getting your paint and paint brush and painting the deck boards; it also involves stopping and moving the camera and getting all the different angles. I’m looking forward to seeing your patio makeover, but will wait patiently because of your schedule as a new mom (although I am a grandma now, I still remember having my babies and going to work everyday and trying to balance work and life, it’s not as easy as it sounds).

I meant to comment on the last video and forgot! But you have that giant art piece in the guest room/nursery, could you potentially move it to the big wall in the living room temporarily, until you build the bookcase? Since you see the living room way more than the guest room, it seems like maybe it could be a good use of that large art just during the in-between time.

You should make a tray with casters under it for that big pot. It would save your back and make cleaning and decorating on the deck so much easier on you. Put on 4 casters, as three is a mistake, trust me. 🔨

I love watching you bring the life back to this LA home. I’ll admit, at first I couldn’t envision it; not like I could the TX home. But I love all the wood tones you brought back in. Warms it up so much and it’s really starting to feel like the cottage, to me. A cozy little haven we visit weekly. I’m sure when you do the bookshelves and strip the beams in the main living room that the feel of that room will be perfect. Adding paneling would be gorgeous too. ❤

Hi Macenna. Life is different when you have a baby, or children in general. Which I’m sure you can already see. It is really difficult to plan anything because so much depends on what kind of day they’re having. You are so fortunate to have such a supportive partner in Romeo, but it can still be a challenge. Sometimes they just want mama. To be flexible is really important (which you totally showed us when you were climbing in and around the pot on the porch-haha.) Not that kind of flexible-but you know what I mean! 😝 You are doing such a good job with all of the aspects of your life. You should be very proud!

All I can say in regards to us, Being cancers we're great at procrastination and rationalizing and justifying everything to our needs. And what I mean by that is I feel you, just don't think about it. We can do it tomorrow And all that,/ Don't think about it, just do it. I've come to learn as a cancer lady. I don't need to think about anything because I reshape It, rewind it, twist it all around. Noooo, I've come to learn, bottom line, just do it. Good luck, girl. You're doing a great job from one cancer, sister to another.🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Me, too! I expected her to start at the railing side and end at the kitchen door. I laughed when she started where did! Then I thought, "That's okay. She can stain and then finish the last strip working from the kitchen door end and finish by the front door." I even thought maybe she planned that so she could go out front and get the ends/sides of the boards under the railings and facing the street. I couldn't believe that she painted herself into the corner! 😂😂 Oh, MaCenna!
