2:32 it is so great seeing you smile again man. It's been a tough year for us all, and I can't imagine what you must have endured. I don't know about everyone else but this certainly is true for me - we've lost so many who were so dear to us, and we've had to go through things we never could have comprehended until it happened, but here we are. Still standing. Still fighting. You're strong, Faizal. And your smile just now made me realise that we can move forward. We don't move on or ever forget, but we move forward, and that's something crucial for us if we want to keep pushing on. Thanks for the fantastic video and overall great content man. Big ups🤙🏽

Welcome back my friend 🙌🏽 - getting back into the flow of creative habit can be a tough transition (at least for me it was). And the pressure and frustration is real. Great to hear your perspective on this.

I've just started exploring the world of street photography on KZbin and I must say that without a doubt, you and this other youtuber called 'serr' are just so brilliant. I just dig your vibes and the style of photography and video content. I'm still poor and have only a smartphone at hand, but I'm driven enough to make it a habit until I can afford something to up my game. Thanks for sharing these videos, you are definitely helping me in my everyday life.

I’ve been in nursing school for the past year and going out to shoot is impossible with the little free time I have. Glad to see you get back into making vids man. This vid helps with giving me some motivation to go out there and take some photos.

Just started to do something also with my channel and decided to go on street photography (smartphone as my only gear and no added lenses). I do everything on my phone (editing the photos etc.). Thank you for this topic as I find ways to give me inspiration to go on.

Street photography is one of my favorite things to do. Prior to this pandemic, it's something I did daily for two hours along my commute to/from work. I'm really itching to get back into a routine again. Thanks for this video. I really needed to watch this and find that spark again.

Totally bro. I was on a roll in 2020, but in Oct I got COVID, was jobless and just lost the flow of things. Finally got a job and things were going well for the first half of 2021 and lost the mother of my kids in July. I’ve now broke through my grief and have picked up my photography again as my creative outlet again. It’s always been there for me.

By the end of 2015 I was living in the US as an exchange student and went to visit a cousin living in Worcester during christmas. After breaking a cheap plastic film camera I bought a yashica fx-3 without actually realising that I didn't know how to work with manual settings and when I received the camera at my cousin's house I was like "oops guess I have to learn this thing then". The photometer was not working so I learned about sunny 16 and could only hope to have some good results. I would take the train Boston by myself, always choosing some areas on google maps to walk around. I shoot 3 or 4 rolls of ultramax. So this was my first real experience with photography and surprisingly many pictures came out quite good to my taste and this was very important for me to feel able to do something and enjoy the results. As many of my memories from the streets of Boston fade away it's always a joy to recognize some buildings in your videos. I hope I can go back someday :)

I don't comment on videos, but I appreciate your approach, it's nice and honest. For me, taking pictures in black and white helped me to move forward a lot. Focusing only on light, shadow, shapes, lines, parallels, triangles, composition, its disruption... I think that shooting spontaneous and unplanned street photography in color is quite difficult in that jungle of things and people - to make everything work and grasp the essence. For inspiration, I highly recommend books by, for example, Josef Koudelka (mainly Exiles)

Another Boston-based street photographer trying to pull myself out of a rut here. Thank you for making this video. Its reassuring to see that everyone goes through these peaks and vallies in terms of their work and has inspired me to force myself to get back out there this week. Looking at these comments, it seems like a lot of us are in a similar situation. Who knows, maybe I'll see you around the city.

But it's cool that you are Local I just started to follow and it's just inspiring Big ups and keep it up
