You're not being sniped, you just don't know how the game works. You're all playing a bit more chaotic than it was intended. xD Every noise you make reveals your EXACT position. All the gen check fails, healing check fails, fast vaulting, fast locker exiting, all ping your exact location to the killer. And you ain't letting go of that sprint button. Also just moving in general leaves "scratch marks" that act as bread crumbs for the killer to follow you. The faster you go the longer and more prominent scratch marks you leave behind. Crouch walking being the best, but ofc really slow. And ya'll are real loud af. You can hear and see the invisible guy when he's invisible, but not when everyone is screaming in your ear. Plus its distracting you so you're not paying attention to the heartbeat either. That's why chat suggested you turn on the visual feedback for the heartbeat. On top of all of that, this 2v8 game mode offers A LOT of visual feedback for both killers and survivors depending on the class. So your and killer location is even more apparent than normal modes. For example one of the classes in this mode lets the killer see everyone close to the gen they just kicked. Its kind of overwhelming on the killer side having 8+ different pings going off all over at the same time, but if they don't get target confusion and focus up, they'll do fine. The matchmaking is crazy long on the killer side, I only managed to play like 3-4 matches with my friend and we got rolled most of the time. The survivors were wiping the floor with us. Took us a while to get into the groove, but both of us being busy we didn't feel like waiting half an hour between matches so we didn't play much. It is a fun mode though. I wanted it to be a permanent mode, but let me use my own perks and all the killers instead of classes. Try the game from the killer perspective sometime! To see how it looks on their end. It helps. xD
