Getting DESTROYED by the Hardest Boss in Black Myth

I’m struggling with him right now, his little grab animation always kills me. I’ve tried so many ways of defeating him but none work, even though I’m level 125 and he should be around level 60 or 70 at the least. And his attacks should be doing far less at a higher level. I don’t get why i can’t mop the floor with him, I should’ve already beaten him by now. It’s like he didn’t get the part of Raiden from MK and he’s taking his aggression out on me.

This fight is more about survival than it is trying to beat him. Start off by only hitting him 2 or 3 times per opening he gives you. Eventually you’ll figure out when you can press your advantage on him. I used immobilize on him, but I can see ring of fire or spellbinder being better options since you get more bang for your buck, and make sure you have cloud step equipped and somewhat upgraded. And lastly, max out your attack in your skill tree, and max out your defense with the celestial medicine you get from the wolf/fox guai. It’s still going to be a long fight cuz yellow loong is extremely tanky but you’ll eventually figure it out
