I’m glad this random video popped up on my feed. I’ve been trying to find a good doctor to find a solution for me. I’ve been struggling with TMJ for years. I have spent about $1800 on mouth guards and nothing is helping, so I’m curious to see what happens with your TMJD. Thanks for sharing your experiences!!

You are amazing, beautiful and humble. Your channel deserves more. KZbin views in general decreased a lot when Tik Tok appeared, but thank you for being here with us.

Oh, and recently since that hasn't been working I decided I should get massetwr Botox bc I've had a lot of fillings that have been chipping due to grinding/clenxhing-this has helped more than anything so far

I have issues with what I have been told is TMJ, and it seems to get worse as I get older. My dentist just tells me I'm fine cuz my jaw doesn't click when I am there 🥲 thanks for sharing your experience- it gives me hope. Best of luck on your journey!

I'd definitely recommend trying to find a dentist that has knowledge about TMJD so you can have somebody who will take your symptoms seriously. Most dentists actually don't really know much about TMJD so it's super important to find somebody who is truly educated about it. I'll be sharing more of my journey! Wishing you healing on your journey too! The jaw doesn't always have to click to mean you have TMJD so I feel like that would be frustrating to have a dentist tell you you're "fine" just because of that. My jaw doesn't click at all but I have other symptoms!

I got a night guard from my dentist it was about 600 and I still am waking up clenching on the night guard. I'm gonna go see a chiro but still finishing your video hopefully more info

Why kind of nightguard? I learned that a traditional nightguard actually doesn't help you not clench. If you have the nightguard that just looks like invisalign or like a retainer, that likely won't help prevent clenching. I'll be sharing more of my journey so stay tuned. Hopefully I will share more information that can help you! ☺️

I have oily skin, according to your experience with Korean products. Is there a moisturizer that absorbs quickly and does not leave any feeling on the skin, whether oily or watery, as most moisturizers are gel or gel-cream? These leave an unpleasant feeling on the skin, sit on the skin and do not absorb, and are also weak in moisturizing.

Hi! Check out my Korean skincare playlist! I've reviewed a bunch of Korean moisturizers. ☺️
