i love sephora and i want to apply for a job at sephora when im ready to start working again cause i think i could bring a more unique style of makeup to the store thats where i live and i wanna learn even more but i kinda have this adversion to buying or promoting products that are tested on animals and sephora has a lot of them ;; even their own brand is not cruelty-free...

No, I would just do makeup on people. Help them find products. Cashwrap checks them out.

How long does it take for them to actually hire? I've had 2 interviews at 2 different locations one was last week and the other was last month around easter. I was told that they are both still interviewing

Depending what position, you usually have to go through 2 interviews for cashier (depends if both managers interview you or one) and color consultant, I had 3. If both managers interview you at the same time, then you will only have that one. For color, you will interview with both managers and do a makeup demo (apply makeup on a cast memeber)
