This channel is an absolute blessing!! I cant thank you enough for your hard work! I’ve never seen grammar points explained so thoroughly, and it is the real deal. No unnatural stern speech that textbooks like to teach either. I love your method of quizzing at the end and your explanations are concise, clear, and to the point. These are great because once you have internalized the grammar points you can start learning and plugging in new vocabulary.

I knew that the irregular いい conjugates to よく. Didn't fall for the trick :)
@Kooper.
@Kooper. 4 жыл бұрын
In case it helps for future memorization: Our teacher at uni told us that よい is the japanese word for good but with time people started to say いい instead but you can't change the form of いい that well. So everytime you have to conjugate いい, you conjugate よい instead and you will see that よい conjugate as fine as all other い-adjectives.

あたたかい is really a tongue twister... no, brain screw. Not to mention it has 2 kanji 温かい and 暖かい, and the wording of 'to warm' (an object) it becomes あたためる while 'to warm' (oneself) it becomes あたたまる. I always slipped trying to say those words... I need to check my dictionary again

ミク先生、こんにちは! I have been watching your videos since the beginning of this year. Thank you so much, you are helping and inspiring me. I have one big question about expression when Japanese people asking someone. In some situations, some people add "の" at the end of the sentence, especially when they are asking. I don't know if they use it to speak casually. Miku Sensei, could you please make a video about this subject? Maybe if some people use the other expression at the end of "interrogative sentence" or maybe use "の" at the end of the sentence in order to "emphasis" something that we want to ask about, could you explain about this later? My special thanks, if you would. I'll be waiting for the next video. Hope you enjoy your day. 頑張ってください。

I recently started learning Japanese and have very little in the way of vocabulary. My biggest frustration in learning vocabulary is not being able to form basic sentences and use what i learn. However, after watching your videos, I have learned that speaking Japanese is a lot more different than i had first thought and that the foundation of a sentence is not what it is in English. I'm still trying to grasp sentence structure but find your videos amazingly helpful in learning that. Thank you for all that you do and keep up the good work.

Focus on the particles 「は、が、に、へ、の、と、を、ect.」and on verb conjugation (-masu form, -te form, past tense, potential form, etc.). "Tae kim's guide to grammar" can also be a helpful free resource. Keep practicing, it will eventually become easier. 頑張りましょうね「がんばりましょうね」
