Getting LE93 ready for the NEC 50 Years of the Reliant Robin - Practical Classics Restoration Show

The NEC Practical Classics Restoration show is upon us, my Reliant Robin LE93 driveway resto will be on display as part of the Reliant Owners Club 50 year celebration of the Robin.
A few things to do before the car is ready, my master cylinder is leaking, the boot wont open and my rear fog lights don't work. I need to get those fixed to get an MoT so I can drive LE93 to the show.

Getting bitter cold for tinkering outside and i think we've had a winter's worth of rain already 🙄👍🇮🇪 Spare parts are getting tougher to find. I had to get a second hand driveshaft from Spain for my cinquecento because i broke the flange and nobody sells them. Scrap yards don't keep old cars anymore...

Unlike the fronts which run through a relay the rear fogs run off the same feed as the side/headlights so they only work with the main lights on. If you notice they also come on at half brightness with the dim dip, which may explain the 10v measurement.

I don’t know if it’s the mic but your robin sounds so much quieter than mine engine wise! It’s always been a ‘raise voices high’ at 50-60mph and ‘don’t bother talking’ at 70 with how loud it gets! I’ve heard swapping to electronic ignition helps along with a different valve cover but always just assumed they were super loud with it being so close!
