I did wear a compression garment 24 hrs seven days a week for a minimum of two weeks after that I for 12 hours a day for another week. Sometimes I felt better with a light compression garment just because I felt more secure. I massaged Downward with a roller massage

I understand the frustration with those stubborn areas but when I go for a consultation I need to see the doctor not a sales rep. That's risk #1. #2 there are a lot of providers doing this who are not board certified in plastic surgery, some are dentists. I did a consultation with a board certified surgeon and it was the same cost. There's a long list of complications with lipo. If fat enters your blood stream #dead. They use local anesthesia to numb the area which is great but if it gets in your system #dead so ask point blank about the percentage of this doctor's experience with complications and what hospitals he/she have privileges at. The reason that's important is because if *ish goes left they'll be rolling you into the OR instead of the emergency room triage. That being said I'm doing mine with an MD board certified IN plastic surgery, at the outpatient surgery center in the hospital where my surgeon has privileges. Take good care sis

The hospital ain’t no better I almost died from getting a tumor taking off my ovary and the doc nicked my bowles. It’s okay if your trying a different method but to scare people as your going to be better is harsh. Hi, I actually had the procedure done with Sono Bello, they took care of me, but I should have focused on certain areas but was talked into other areas, I wasnt happy with my results long term, but surely I should have done better with maintenance. I have my procedure 4/21 no sono bello the doctor im going i sat with her consultation day makes me feel so confident in her she i so caring anf never tried to sell me any other spots of my body but the body parts that i came in for which i have so much insecurities about. Im 411 i had a c-section i can loose so much weight and that fame pouch like ugh .. So getting lower abdomen and waist. Im nervous but iv spent so much time healing from emotional abuse damage i feel is so much worse i did the work now i feel my last piece yo my puzzle fixing my out side and keep growing .. Good evening! I would not have thought you weighed anywhere near 200 pounds! How tall are you? You've given me some real inspiration here...I need to get my fitness game on again. I walk for exercise right now, and I have the proper equipment at home to do good resistance training (Bowflex, kettlebells, dumbbells) but I haven't been working out as much as I should because I was finishing my Masters degree. Now that I'm less than a month from finishing, I'm making plans to make 2022 MY YEAR!!! I'd love to get results similar to yours - but I'm older than you (I'm currently 58) and I've been heavy for quite a while, so I imagine I'll need to do more work on tightening my skin that you would have needed. I just did mine, 1 week post-op to this date. Sonobello is a safe way to go but expensive. I am satisfied so far and I'm just one week in. If you want to do it do it, I did mine and I'm so glad I did it I feel so comfortable in my clothes and as I said I am just one-week post-op 😊. I also have friends that went to Florida and did theirs, just do your research and make sure you get to board certified doctor/surgeon.

Thank you for sharing. We are the same EXACT body type. BUT I am taller 5,8 and weigh 228. I am 60 years old. I have to be completely honest, I am post op 5 weeks (Lipo 360, BBL, arms and thighs) and I am pretty sure that my results are significantly nicer than sonobella in the waist. (I have seen several results). I now have a complete hour glass, and I don't have the wrinkly tummy that most Sonobella people seem to have, AND I paid 9000.00. I will say that Sonobella seems safer (and that is HUGE, especially for people my age), BUT the results can be better. So this is really helpful to many people, and it gives people great insight and options. Thanks again for sharing you look AMAZING.

SB will not give you a flat tummy if that's what you are looking for they just cut off the bottom belly fat and if you have hanging skin on the upper belly it will not be flat. for me I wanted a flat tummy. Yes it appeared flat in clothes but not bikini flat and the cost is almost the same as a full tummy tuck. depending on your BMI I'm 5'6 162lbs. i love my tummy now bikini summer ready. SB did lipo to on my back fat and bra area. for $6,000.00.

@@debrasamuel5208 basically I want to my elbow to look and feel slimmer and he said he doctor said he could do it and it was be easy. For some odd reason I had a lot of fat there. I made sure he understood he reassured me he understood. Two weeks later I came in and he showed me all the stuff I was going to need and what was about to happen. Then gave me the meds. Next you know it was a few weeks later. came on for my check in and and asked him why isn't my elbows slimmer and he told me to wait. For the full results and then, after that his secretary never answered my emails or call me back. And then when she did she was like it too late to do anything and was like if you would like to pay for another procedure you can. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ I felt so bamboozled

Just remember when you do Sono bello, it will take your fat but your skin will probably sag. Just think about it, when you loose a lot of weight, you’ll have loose skin as well. My friend works at Sono bello and she said that is the most complain of their clients.

Sonobello Atl sucks, I had lipo don there 2014. The doctor who did the consult was not there to do my surgery. My 6 week appointment was not with the doctor that actually did my lipo. I was 180lb and had abdomen and back fat areas done for $5700. I was very unhappy with the services and after I started to complain they just pretty much ignored me after that. I’ll never use Sonobello again. The payment options was the only thing that made me happy.
