Hex beam !! I've been out of the game for too long! I thought it was a dish, I was wondering why you would need that on a tower. But nice to see you get a tower up and running. 73, Darryl ex VK1DRL, ex Navy radio technician.

By the looks of it the bucket truck operators are not much into safety. Person in the bucket isn’t wearing a full body harness and lanyard, groundman not wearing a helmet and isn’t attached to the tower 100% of the time climbing with coax in hand instead of a nosebag and not wearing a helmet, luckily nothing happened yet. LP Electronics needs to think about their safety.
