Somehow you feel sorry for Lawries neighbours. A morning of pressure washing a fire engine and Lawrie testing the siren on a quiet morning wouldn't be annoying😂. As recommended I revisited the Gwili railway during May bank holiday weekend and I enjoyed the travel on the new extension of the line. They also knew I was coming as they had a GWR Pannier 6430 running and I do like GWR Pannier tank loco's.

Bus drivers still don't have seat belts. When I started driving buses, it took me months to realise I didn't have to reach back for the sest belt, as there wasn't one there!!!

It still surprises me how well the paintwork came out, definitely some effort put in by us all but my was it worth it….even if I have now found out the snowfoam to the head was not an accident……😂

err hello inertia reel seat belts only work when the correct way up- not when you are turning them upside-down etc

Ronseal brick sealant can used to make canvas waterproof.

I had a large tarp to cover our shed roof. We used two wood poles with a screw in the end. Put the screw head through an eyelet, and that makes it easier to pull the tarp over the building.

Does the two tones have the right compressor, it seems really fast like its a 12v on a 24v supply maybe,

@@lmm something not right it must have a 24v supply then, I keep an L4P 12v and the tones are longer or slower, I know if voltage is added it gets quicker but yours is way fast like lol

Only bin lorries. Stopped making fire engines 2001-ish, and general lorries in the 1980s

There is also a Dennis lawnmowers although not part of the same company as Dennis Eagle trucks and buses as way back in the past Dennis sold off their different divisions to other companies but allowed the rights for the name and logos.

@Timothy Verbist they make the old cylinder type mowers seen on quite a few cricket, football, tennis and bowling club grounds. At one point Dennis mowers, trucks and buses were all part of the same company. They all got sold off to different groups but those groups were allowed to use the Dennis logos and name.
