I’ve been teaching barre/Pilates for 6 years now and I see new faces all the time. Don’t be nervous! The first few classes help you figure out where you are and get a feel for the environment. Definitely give it another try if you enjoyed it and don’t feel intimidated by the other people there! They all started the same way you did. 💕🙂 On a side note can you please tell me the secret to finishing venti coffees? I never go bigger than grande unless it’s a tea with lemonade because I just can’t finish a large coffee. 😂😅
