This looks really great! Only hiccup I see is that agents wouldn’t want to waste their time filling out the order form if you weren’t available to do the shoot when they need it. I would think schedule availability would be the first screen they see. Think Airbnb… the first thing you do is check availability with date range. Anything in the pipeline to make this the first thing you see when you go to order?

Would Spiro consider adding flyer feature onto their platform at a later date? Could I also import and store flyers and other documents onto the listing? Does this application also have an app on iOS and android? When exactly in the 4th quarter will square be integrated into the system? Overall I like this system looking forward to trying it out.

Hello! We currently do have a flyer feature where your clients can built flyers, postcards and social media designs! And yes you can store other documents on the listing as well. No app but very mobile friendly and easy to use for your agents. We are working on finalizing a date for square. Thanks!

I would like to be able to charge per image so depending on how many they select to download depends on their final invoice. I know Aryeo doesn’t offer that but maybe Spiro will?

You can have your packages reflect the number of images the client is ordering. We don't have a way to automatically have the system ask the agent the photos they want and charge per photos. You could coordinate this with your client and then quickly update the price of the order however.

Just signed up. Thank you Nathan for your excellent work and explanation. A couple questions. Will the agent be able to preview the video, matterport tour and 2d floor plan with the watermarks on? Also, is there an option to manual mark the listing as paid, in the event that, let's say, the agent makes payment outside of the Spiro payment platform? *EDIT Sorry, I just saw @flybrivisuals comment that gave the answer to my second question.

Great question, yes as Brian mentioned you can manually mark a payment. We do not watermark the video or matterport, currently there is just a watermark and preview of the photos.

Only thing with stripe is they deduct a lot from your earnings. Is there not a way a normal payment system can be set up? I’ve used stripe a lot, I’m from the UK and the fees are too high. I once earnt £1000 and they took around £100 odd or more from this which is a lot

When scheduling will this compensate for travel times? I travel sometimes up to 1 to 2 hours. Can a client book me when It would not to be possible to make the time because of being on the road?

Hello! Currently we create an order page for you but not a portfolio website. You would however be able to email or advertise the order page link to your clients for them to order without a website.
