Sounds good as a neat little aspect but it's too much for an evolution. You can evolve several Vaporeon and others under a single lucky egg and I don't see how great that idea would be if it's implemented. A game mechanic is not practical if it only sounds cool.

You have some cojones to put a challenge like this out to KZbin! I don't think Gen 2 is coming out because it took so long for one new Pokémon to come out.. a ditto! So! My challenge to you if you are wrong is to volunteer somewhere. This could be either a local charity or maybe a retirement home for a day and make a vlog about your experience. Why? Because I think that would be really cool and might inspire people to volunteer in their own areas. :)
