Getting Pteradodon Mount for Ishgardian Restoration in Final Fantasy XIV + Diadem Tips

Congratulations on joining the pteranodon club! A couple things to point out with your Diadem tips. I got my mount on a budget of zero gil, and I want to remind everyone that Togami is filthy rich (gil capped in the bottom right corner btw): − You don’t need to hit all three stat breakpoints or even remeld your current endgame gear. As long as you meld to hit two bonuses (Perception+GP or Gathering+GP), you can be very efficient in Diadem, even without food. − You did each gatherer separately. I also finished FSH first, but I did BTN and MIN simultaneously. I use what I call the subway strat: Use one gatherer and hit all the nodes in that path up to the next +5 attempts node, then switch to the other gatherer and travel in the opposite direction until the next +5 node, rinse and repeat.

Definitely, there are multiple ways to go about it and I wouldn't suggest anyone remeld their gear. As you pointed out, I have the cash to burn on something like this and even crafted/melded a second gear set, and then used Crab Cakes because it personally worked for me on the GP wiggle room. Hitting one route's worth of bonuses is plenty, and your subway strat is also solid. The cost on the aethersands and crabs added up, and so did the melds.

Does the Handking work as... you get 500000 total points and it doesnt matter what points come from whatever crafter, even if it's 1 point, or do you need 500k points in each crafter?
