I wouldn't recommend using Pioneer's Gift as a way to burn GP on nodes 1-7, but instead use just one attempt with Bountiful Harvest II. At my Perception, Grade 4's have a base chance of 49% of Gatherer's Boon hitting. With 5 attempts per node, that's an average of 2.45 extra materials per node without using any buffs. Using Pioneer's Gift I for 50gp increases that to 59% or 2.95 mats per node, and using Pioneer's Gift II for 100gp increases it to 79% or 3.95 bonus mats per node. Using both costs 150gp and takes you to 89% for 4.45 bonus mats per node. Using Bountiful Harvest II for one turn costs 100gp and gives you a guaranteed extra 3 mats per node, however you also still get the base 49% chance for Gatherer's Boon worth 2.45 bonus mats per node. Bountiful Harvey II on average grants a total of 5.45 bonus mats per node for 100gp. Both Pioneer's Gifts on average grants one less material and costs an extra 50gp. As for node 8, you're better off saving GP by only using Blessed Harvest II than you are using all of your GP on buffs. tl;dr - Don't use Pioneer's Gift. Only use Bountiful Harvest on nodes 1-7 if you're close to your GP cap. And only use Blessed Harvest on node 8. This is the most efficient way I've found to grind for points in Diadem.

To craft all 100 expert items for each of the 8 crafting job achievements for a phase (ie, for phase 2 it's "The Height of ..."), you need to gather a total of 14k BTN and 14k MIN items per phase. But to get the BTN and MIN achievements of the same name (Again, for phase 2, "The Height of...") you need to gather 50k on BTN and 50k on MIN. Even with crafting failures and overgathering pushing that to 15k, you need to gather an additional 70k items per phase, or 210k total. And you cannot do anything with said items other then expert craft them into items for a pittance in points... I guess you could sell them on the MB for a low amount of gil, but it's still an insane timesink for what is essentially 60 achievement points...

For crafters, you will hit 150k points at the same time you turn in the last of the 100 expert crafts for grade 4. (Assuming you did the 100 grade 2 and 100 grade 3 as well.) I did these with a lvl 90 mix of white/green gear, penta-melded but not everything max level, and with food i will always hit the 3rd tier of collectable using two macros, if not maxing out quality outright. 2nd macro has 3 variants depending on CP remaining after first macro sets up progress and 10 stacks of IQ: 188 CP, 220 CP and 252 CP. 252 CP one is overkill but had its uses when I didn't have green gear yet, but you can get lucky with green status and end up with enough leftover CP for a 284 CP or 316 CP one :D (Especially if you ALSO use CP potions, but those are optional if you can hit third collectable tier without it) I reckon it will be even easier with Dawntrail lvl 100 gear. It's still a grind, and make sure you check your crystals before starting a crafting session.. I hit that roadblock a few times :P

How much more points can be acquired using hi cordials over the 3 hours? I'm currently getting g 19-20k points per 3 hour session using regular HQ cordials... but the time farming scrips to buy hi-cordials also has to be taken into account? Do.i just stick to regular cordials or go gather up a thousand hi-cordials? Please advise :)

Well I been testing a new method. I been doing both routes side by side using my gp on gathering attempts 5 only and using regular cordials on second attempt 5. Got 9kish points in hr and a half but I lost concentration and lost some time. In your case I would stock on high cordials and then go back in. That's alot of points for Three hrs.

@@ZaneLionhartffxiv thanks for the reply. i should say between 18-19500k realistically and that was going pretty hard. il look into stocking up on hi cordials but il need so many to do both botanist and miner that in the time it takes me to get as many as il need i couldve probably farmed 40k points? will the hi cordials be worth farming in this case.

Well if you look at it the other way regaining gp naturally and just gathering without using gp on certain nodes. Your using the cordial farming time to farm points instead. But at a less efficient rate.

Only thing I say is do the quests inside. There is two custom delivery clients tied to them which are useful in getting scrips if you're a crafter. Other than that if the rewards from doing the firmament don't interest you then you can skip it. but there is alot of good stuff you can get like you said glam mounts dyes music etc.

Appreciate the vid, but idk. 3 hour lockout and leaving with 12k points out of 500k isn't all that great. This shit is far too insane compared to the crafting aspect that gives you dicktons of Points for far less time.

When it was grade 1 I remember getting 1206 points with full collectability in an expert recipe, but now I get a maximum of 1194 per craft. There was a time when mats gave 15 or 14 points in DoL, but now all except umbral give only 13. It is an incentive to use bots. 250 hours over and over just in DoL to collect 500K.

I remember doing two weeks straight of miner gathering for saint title. And bots turned in everything at last day. Boy I was pissed and still I wasn't even half way to 500k it was brutal.

People staying on one island sounds bonkers to me The flying time to backtrack can't be worth it imo Just go in a circle you can even do both paths at the same time means less travel time more points per minute I was talking about this with someone in the diadem and they linked this video and even after watching it I'm confused why people think this is the optimal way for points...
