The plaintiff and the defendant, her cousin, used to be close, but their relationship fell apart after the plaintiff loaned her money. The plaintiff says the defendant punched her in the face when she asked about the cash, so she’s suing for the unpaid loan. The defendant insists half the loan was a gift and the other half was given to her by the plaintiff’s ex-boyfriend, so she denies owing. #JudgeMathis #RealityTV #Court

Years ago a friend refused to repay $10 and later he asked to borrow $100 for electric bill during winter. Of course I did not need the $10 and guess what? He did not get $100 and he likely stayed in a cold house or hustled someone else. If i cant trust you in small, i cant trust you in much. Defendant annoyed me.

My husband brother did that to us. Him and his wife and kids didn’t have water. I went in the house to use the bathroom and realized there was no water. I made my husband loan them the money because of the kids. The brother said he just got a new job and he would pay back on his first check. I knew it wouldn’t be the first check. I assumed it would be payments. Well we kept seeing them on Facebook in restaurants, the club and smoking weed with new matching outfits on FB living it up. After about 3-4 months I finally said something to his wife and that witch told me we didn’t need the money and we would be okay because my husband has a good job. We never got a dime back and that happened 4 years ago. They still call only to ask to borrow money. My husband already knows what they want when the name pops up on the phone. We haven’t loaned anything since. I can’t believe they still have the nerve to ask. People something else 🙄

@@kimkeller2983 because she said she saved the money up from her job also. She also said that she take care nephew with the state money. Pays her bills and prior to before she was receiving it she was working. So it’s possible she could have saved her money and pay for the her bills that her and the nephew stay with check sense she said they give her a lump some of cash for his well being and if he’s living with her and have a condition that requires her to attend to his needs then I thinks it’s more than right she pay her bills with that money she get for him. She could have saved her own money up. If that’s the case at 23 I applaud her because you rarely see young kids being responsible and that much of responsibilities save up and handle her responsibilities like she does. With taking care of a extra person at her age. It shows her she’s very responsible and have her stuff together. Now on the other hand I do believe she do some type of fraud in my opinion. I’m convinced. She have to much money to be giving away freely. People who work hard for there money want loan them that type of money twice. People are a TRIP. I loaned someone $200 back in the day. He paid me back $100. Shortly after that, he asked me to loan him another $200. I told him, "Bro, that wouldn't be smart of me because you have an outstanding loan with me already. I have a wife and kids and just can't be giving my money away." He never paid the $100 back. I told him don't worry about it, but I could never loan him anymore money. Years later, he was selling DVD's to people and tried to sell me some. I was like bro, "How you gonna' try to sell me something and I gave you $100!" LOL!!! Yeah. People are a trip.

This show scares me into saving my money regularly because I don't want to have to ask anyone for a loan. It's more trouble than it's worth. The defendant ends up paying $1000 for a crime involving a can of paint that usually costs less than $50.

Ain't nobody talking about how she is "saving" so much money bc she is a "homemaker"?! Come on! A homemaker makes NOTHING. She's either scammin family, "taking care" of her nephew but not ACTUALLY taking care of him & pocketing the money she says she needs for the kid & not getting him the things he needs, or she has a sugar daddy (or sugar daddies).
