Getting real about childhood trauma

Hello, to anyone who watched this thank you. This is actually this hardest thing I've posted ever, so thank you. To explain a bit more, when I see a normal happy family it sometimes triggers me in a way, just reminds me of what I wish I had, and lately things have been really hard. Working hard to change that though, and I think I'm doing a pretty good job lol.

Dissociation. It can suppress your emotions as well as your memories. Be careful with the anxiety meds, they can suppress your emotions too.
