Welcome Joe, your in my neck of the woods...well sort of, I'm about 25 miles away in no. Orange County but I've been to Moo's Craft BBQ about a month ago. Great BBQ in so. Cal.

I have been to Moo's couple times. I agree, they do bbq right. I am glad to see that they are now using meatier ribs, it used to be on the opposite end of the spectrum. I will make sure to revisit real soon. The burnt ends seem very appetizing as well. If you are still in So Cal, make sure you also visit Heritage BBQ.

Yea. Definitely don’t need to eat a lot of the burnt ends. This was a short trip, but planning to go next time.

Joe, I was impressed with your videography in this video. Well done! Do you have any idea what was used for the Mac n cheese topping for texture. Their food looks very good.
