9:40 this isn’t just a bucket, it’s a kiljutynnyri which is used to make homemade wine from water, sugar and yeast. It’s usually quite gross but if made correctly in such a bucket, and if filtered enough times can be made into a nice and adequate drink
@derrek4991 Жыл бұрын
Teach me the ways on how to make sugar wine.
@MT-pf1pv Жыл бұрын
@@derrek4991 Well it’s kind of exactly how I described it. Put too much water, the alcohol percentage will stay low, put too much sugar it becomes too sweet, put too much yeast and the drink will taste absolutely horrendous. Chemically, when the yeast and the sugar are put in the bucket of water and sealed with the odor lock, slowly, the bacteria in the yeast starts to eat the sugar, slowly producing alcohol. The airlock is put in because this reaction also produces gas which the odor lock lets escape through the top, meaning that the bucket won’t explode. The homemade wine works technically with any kind of sugarwater as long as there’s yeast in there. For example, many people do it with sugary juices or sodas like apple juice or Coca Cola. Also Mead can be made at home if sugar is replaced with honey. When the Kilju is ready, depending on how well it’s made, should be somewhere between 5-15% alcohol.

I really like how detailed the engine simulation in this game is. Btw, the knocking when the camshaft and crankshaft aren't aligned is not because the exhaust gas gets into the intake valve and the fuel-air-mix in the exhaust valve but because the piston hits the valves. That's also the reason why the camshaft broke.

This game is so underrated. Also, here’s some Finnish words of wisdom: 1. The word at 0:14 means “with its lack of systemization, right?” Which could be a nod to Finland’s incredibly convoluted language and compound word system. 2. “Peräjärvi” is pronounced “Peh-rAH-yAHr-vee.” The ä is pronounced like the a in “Jack” (with the AH sound).

I remember playing this and once I had completely assembled the car the car just wouldnt stay running. You had to max the rpm constantly sothat it wouldnt stall. After hours of checking stuff I read somewhere online to check if the sparkplugs are tightened propely. Long story even longer - they werent. Ran like a top untill I hit a tree.🙃👍 This had some real life consiquences: whilst changing sparkplugs on my rl car, I managed to snap off 4 out of 6 sparkplugs. I must have subconciously overtightened the plugs earlier because of My Summer Car trauma. Wish me luck once I get my new cylinderhead from the shop, I will need it. 🤣🧨🚗

@MostGenericUser2 жыл бұрын
Good rule of thumb is to screw them in by hand as tight as you can get them and then do a quarter turn more with a rachet. You just need them snug, not tight. I'd recommend a torque wrench as it can help you develop a feel for how tight things should actually be. You'd be surprised how many bolts on a car are supposed to only be torqued just barely a bit tighter than hand tight.

This is my favorite game, it’s the only game I have on steam with over 700 hours Some tips: all the wearable parts start almost broken, fleetari can repair them for you. The stock radiator is terrible, just order the better one from the catalogue. The wasps are inactive during the night. The o key allows you to hitchhike with Pena, the guy in the green car. And most importantly, as quoted from the Amis Tech website; “I am making this game because this game needs to be made. This is not made because this is fun game, but because it is NOT!” Toplessgun is the sole developer, he is visible in the show, and his band is on the radio. My Winter Car is currently in development, and I cannot wait to die in a snowdrift.
