Hey did you guys know the default pistol has an alternative burst fire mode? You can literally have the G17 from battlefield 4 in your secondary slot on any class, and you can get a 27 round extended mag pretty easily, but for ammo I suggest the subsonic rounds because they ignore more damage falloff than close combat ammo.

i remember back in battlefield 4, if you had the javelin as engineer and a buddy as recon that ran the laser designator, you could paint air vehicles and use the javelin on them in a similar fashion to how you can in this game

Oh also for players watching this and not knowing about grinding in AI before: You can no longer do the Kaleidoscope method since they put the point down to the ground. Howver you can now go on Orbital, capture the first point and then camp on the building on the right side B point and shoot AI from the roof. Just make sure you dont shoot too many and take e.g. Angel for infinite ammo and potential to switch weapon loadouts mid-grind

I killed an AI with a smoke grenade. Apparently, direct hits do damage. I've also found that close combat ammo with the short barrel on the LCMG allows you to shred AI while hip firing. I only play with AI because actual players are too sweaty, and therefore pissed off my dad when he tried it. BTW stealth helis can be instakilled with the rocoilless launcher, and the deagle (I think called D50 in-game) two-shots, even with CB rounds. An updated version of the tier list would be nice, as a lot of recent updates have made huge changes.

I used to main Casper for the C5/Drone combo alone. It was easily one of the most OP tactics in gaming history. I felt like I was the only one who knew about it because almost every time I operated a tank I never got killed by it, the tactic was only used on me once. I would easily get "most vehicles destroyed" on nearly every match and average 8 vehicle related kills (those MAVs were big targets). I was very surprised it took DICE so long to patch it, the C5/Drone combo was criminally overpowered. It was so unfair that I should be placed in a maximum security prison for doing it

16:46 actually there is a way to know somebody fires a missile. When the anti armour grenade is locking there is a constant beep, but when a missile is incoming there is a series of beeps in short succession.

It's only fun when actively hunt down other snipers or try to thin out enemies on a point and simply just *move* which is a concept a lot of long range snipers don't know about.

In a round on Redacted my friend got 96 melee kills just by ramming people with Dozer’s shield. In another round we were on Kaleidoscope on a skyscraper, he had a Soflam and I had a Javelin, i fell right as he marked a helicopter, free kill while parachuting using a Javelin. Bare in mind that the Javelin is Anti-Tank.

You should try your hands at Children of a Dead Earth. It is a realistic space warfare simulator, and so it is a lot alike KSP, but with nukes. It also has an utterly complex and granular vehicle builder. It is the game for you when KSP becomes too easy for your taste.

Also, bias sampling and people lie/different servers and skill levels. Just seen a post from another game, but thankfully had a video. Post was "this weapon is great, no idea why anyone says it's bad, gotta git good", then everyone pointed out the opposing team were not moving and shooting, so they had a free win. :P If there was no video, the post/thread would have been "yeah, it's great, the range/speed works well" etc etc, in fact, there were still a few cargo cult/buyers remorse defenders of it in the thread, obviously blind to the facts in the gameplay vid.

It's pretty uncommon for a sniper team to be shooting at people from miles away IRL anyway. Generally snipers are just a little behind the main force both because it's easier to shot somebody in the face at closer range and because buildings generally exist and bad guys have a bad habit of going inside them and not letting you shoot them.

In a gun game I used to play I used a sniper but in a different way. I removed the scope and put a suppressor on my sniper and ran around like a maniac sneaking up behind people shooting them in the cranium.

Ahh yes the IFV has always been the best vehicle in battlefield games. I remember in bf4 I'd always get into an ifv or one of the attack boats and just load up ridiculous amounts of kills no matter what map. Good to see they brought it back

Yeah honestly playing dozer is pretty funny, especially if you run a build based around getting people to run away. Developed a little tactic where I walk towards someone until they run away then I pull out an smg and perforate them when they turn around. Basically this build plays like reverse fnaf.

I found out you can actually try to counter c5 drones as a tank deiver. Just call in robo doggo before entering a tank. It rly gets triggered alot on drones so u can notice good boy shooting incoming c5 dildoes and drive away. Also you can make two loadouts with M5 and soflam as an Angel, designate a heli and swap to grenade launcher by using supply crate ability then just oneshot this choppa by guided missile. So Angel is basicly one man army.
