Thank you, Sir Knight this works so well. I ravaged multiple towns and cities but found I wasn't getting enough gold from my pillaging found this video and realized I had never thought to actually sell my "lost goods whose owners will miss" to Peshek and let him actually go through the trade cycle. needless to say, I went on a rampage in Rattay and killed upwards of 28 people, got 2230+ lbs of loot, and spent an hour slowly crawling through the mud all the way back to the mill cutting down the occasional welp who thought it was wise to fight the man who killed all of his friends while holding the entirety of the Holy Roman Empire on his back. (I decided to start this frenzy by the Turney because one of the contestants had the audacity to not let me pickpocket them) I then woke Peshek while entirely covered in blood and mud and sold him everything. woke up the next morning went to his chest and found 75k+, adding the 40k groschen I already had giving me a whopping 115 thousand groschen. But it didn't stop there, as soon as I was released from prison I waited till night and robbed the tailor's shop (and everyone in it) blind. I Need not say it but Pribyslavitz is getting rebuilt. Jesus Christ be praised.

That's quite a lot of coin you've plundered. Jesus Christ be praised!

Any excess loot you cannot haul from Skalitz, leave it in the chest in your parents house. The contents are marked never to respawn, so it is safe for when you get the chance to come back.

Lol… I’m glad you made a video on this. I just figured this out not too long ago. I look at it as a mutually beneficial business partnership. I supply he sells, I get take the money. Rinse and repeat. you can also use the perk, can’t remember the name, but when you black out from drinking too much, you will end up in your bed with everything you had. So I get the loot, put it in my parents chest, come back 4-5 times, get black out drunk after collecting everything from the chest, find myself in Talmburg, drop my stuff off at my chest at the inn, then go to the Rattay Mill. Good groschen

Oh you mean safe passage... That's a good strat. Will try it someday 👌 But since my Henry hasn't much skill points in drinking, i might need to start my drunken Henry build.

I love working with the Talmberg innkeeper and blacksmith. They are comparatively close to Skalitz and their chests are easily available. Just do not forget to buy some of their basic inventory, because the midnight renewal does not always occur, but if they have some of their basics bought, the refresh is certain.

When a vendor "sells off" the goods in there chest, it seems they get half the item card value (as seen in the inventory screen) added to their purse. This was the case at any vendor i tested. If you put things on their chest it does mess with their valuations in the shop screen. I'm able to get more than half value for selling things under certain conditions but the vendor still only got half value after reset, meaning their purse was smaller next time.

well to get over 100k of gold right after prolog is easy once you can unlock very hard chests... simply loot all the merchants around the map... drop the loot in the nearest inn room that you bought and once finished pick it up at the pesheks mill from the chest and deposit it into his... as you mention his inventory resets after 3 ingame days... BUT!!! The merchants inventories reset every midnight so if you make a run every ingame evening thru Ratay and Sasau merchants and blacksmiths youll have over100k after the first peshek reset, which is enough to do the From the ashes dlc without braeking sweat :) :) but nice video again :)

Definitely a great strategy good sir! I did that before, but I was told that teaching people how to be scoundrels in KCD gives a bad rep😅

Been doing this since the release. I just go to Rattay and loot the armor smith inventory and then slow walk back to the mill. One trip and your good for the whole game. 40k is more than you will ever need. If you want any of the stolen items just buy them from miller and then go back in his chest for your coin. This is the most broken game mechanic but im glad the devs didnt patch it. 😂

they only patch game breaking stuff these have to be done on purpose so they leave them

You dont get full value of it, i put armor worth about 30k which i took from Rattay armor smith, and when i return i get like 8k of Groshen. I do this often to earn quick money, but you dont get 100% of items value. It varies how much i get, but i never got 20-30k, dont know does it affect if you return after 1 or 3 days, but items are missing and money is there, more than 1k of his usual stock money.
@burrowballin55303 ай бұрын
Dont know what you did wrong. I get around 40k with both Rattay sword and armor merchants. I sneak out the castle wall entrance but i guess i could use an inn instead. 😂
@Dominik403013 ай бұрын
@@burrowballin5530 for some reason, i get far more Groshen from armor i loot from bandits and Cumans i kill at Skalitz, but when i buy armor from armorsmith worth around 30k Groshen, and steal that money back, then i put all newly bought armor in Peshek's trade chest, i get around 8k Groshen, like i directly sold to vendor.

This is not necessary, just repair the loot and sell it normally, you will get more than enough money
