5 ways to support care economy 1_ increse budgetary allocation 2_Right to Protection against violence and discrimination Ex- AASHA workers, 3_ family support and recognition to work is critical issue for women woring for paid work in others home. Ex- ASHA workers engaged in delivery process are perceived as undignified job 4_policy intervention can be a tool to recognize the care or unpaid work and also help in promoting dignified life. EX- paternity leave, compulsory gender pay audit etc 5_ gender sensitive education promotes gender equality as it was generally seen that household having higher income restrict women to take part in formal paid economy either care work or other.
