I started with Blender. Worked my way up to Daz. Now, with the iClone and CC4 software; Story telling has became a heckuva lot easier. TY Reallusion!

It's time you thought about VR production. We need to navigate in iclone with a VR headset, you can do it using steamVR like UE and also to export 3d 180° Stereoscopic video

The most awaited thing from Reallusion is the Transform Daz Genesis 8.1 and 9 to CC4, if you succeed in making this transformation a CC4 update then I really appreciate it and will continue to upload on my channel the latest CC4 features which are extraordinary

In the Character collision shape editor panel, the character's hand does not have a collision shape. So I made a Character Collision Shape on my character's right hand. Then, why don't you let character's left hand make it again, but let me use mirrors or symmetry function?

I am about to buy this, I am a UE developer with many years of 3ds Max experience ( animation included ). I really want to switch to iClone. My problem is...I cannot find how to Actually fully animate a character for any custom scene, I have many like that in my game. All I see is how to import animations and tinker with them...I don't get it. How to animate a full scene 100% custom from scratch? Is there any tutorial anywhere teaching this? I have been searching and looking at all the Reallusion documentation, and I can't seem to find anything like that...

I've had mixed experiences with Icone, downloaded the trial for this opened a character and the Character transform went mad, spent hours making sure there was no rouge input, its just broken

You can open it by the little arrow dropdown menu in the Project track of the Timeline.

Select the character and press the hotkey "J ".

Hi @IzuchukwuNwacheta, You can select the character and press 'J' to zoom the camera in on the character’s face. Getting familiar with the other hotkeys in iClone can help you work more efficiently: manual.reallusion.com/iClone-8/Content/ENU/8.0/01-Welcome/Welcome.htm

Please I already have an animation on a character from a rig made in Maya , now I want a facial animation from I clone 8 that could b key farmed and transferred to Maya

If your character in maya is not a reallusion character, you gonna have to 3d modeling the facial expretions and transfer and retarget to charcter creator 4 under the option MODIFY - MOTION POSE - Facial profile editor. The point here is, Character creator and Iclone is not used to create facial expretions, you have to model in maya, blender or zbrush. And the expretions that come with reallusion charcters, cant be transfer to other characthers.

how can i set a keyframe on all "joints" or control points of the edit motion layer?

You can find the "Set Key" button in the Edit Motion Layer panel. And make sure you are in the Full Body Mode which can be switched on the bottom left of the panel as well.
