Tap on container, tap on destination name and it opens a map and gives the autopilot option. No need to go to the starmap and manually search

Good Vid. I do have to say the current logi can make some pretty good amounts of ISK. I have made about 15m in 3 days on a character that is 5 days old. As skills increase, I may top out and agree with you, but right now it seems to be doing pretty good. What I would like to see and could really help ISK/hr on hauling would be a filter for the Containers Destination. Making it easy to plan a route for drop-offs. Oh and I like the way Imicus looks, I have one of each so :P

I had bought an imicus thinking I could use it for mining to save for a venture, then i quickly realized I had been mistaken but this video got me on my feet with making money in the game and I actually enjoy hauling it works for me since I have dogs and kids and my free time is inconsistent I can just take on a Delivery and set the auto pilot and walk away

You don't need the Starmap to set the destination. If you tap the container it shows the delivery destination, tap on that to set your autopilot to it! :)

One thing to note - the Imicus High Mobility cargo hold is specialized - it can only hold cargo containers.

Another great Video cap, logistics is a good way to make isk if you're to busy to be ratting. Heads up tho, i don't recommend the Nereus high mobility in low sec, has a good delivery hold cap but takes to long to align to warp. Lost one and lots of containers while undocking.

Easy mode for setting destination is from the inventory screen click on the location as indicated and it will setup the auto pilot. No need to search for the destination.

I dont think the problem with logistics right now is the amount of isk you get, but the amount of orders there are on the market. You only earned 50k for a 100m3 small container, but imagine if the station had 100 small containers for 50k each. You could haul them all in your imicus at once, earning you 5mil in a single trip. They need to change the system to make people actually need to set up haul orders, so that there are more of them avaliable, and not just a bunch of "0 isk" on the logi menu. Edit: Btw you should make a video explaining how to set up a haul order.

The station he goes to, out in super low sec area, is really good for hauling. It's a pretty popular station, though far away from high sec, so a lot of people buy stuff to be hauled from this station

I think deliveries will be profitable from L containers up. When you have nereus or bigger ship and can take few large containers, than even if price for unit is low u will get proper amount of isk. Or as You said - hundreds of small containers, which is slowly possible if u have quick fingers and big wallet. Max i was patient enough was 52 S and L packages in about 30+ minutes and than 1h delivering them and profit was about 5 mil isk (something about that) and I though - f it, mining may be boring, but is way more profitable. Now i do deliveries if i really need to be afk and find quickly enough packages.

To set destination I've found it's easier tapping where the item says is destination a pop up for set destination will appear. Not complaining your way works just as well.

After giving you're video some more thought a few other notes purely my opinion . 1 I would say the first 15 mill isk you make hold for reserves so can grab what loads you want. 2 I tend to plan a trip to be around 50 jumps round d trip to make isk I pick up all the boxs in the station available.

Logistics got renamed to Freight and at level 3 it doesnt give any cargo bonus :( or am i missing something?

The Imicus HM is now 500k+ :( And there's no Archaeology skill.... and the cargo hold bonus is now 5% down from 15%, tied to freight. If i just want to transport my ore for sale in a better system, can I use the Imicus? The DELIVERY hold says 8500m but the CARGO hold says only 100m. They make this really confusing, I just want to move my ore to the market :/

I still don't understand how to create a container. I was told this is when you buy an item in market and set a destination but that doesn't explain why some have payments and others don't. It also costs about twice as much to set a destination, do you get that money back if you go get it.

Small containers = 100 volume Medium containers = 1000 Large containers = 10,000 If a station has a request for 5 small containers, instead of grabbing one by one you can change the volume by 100 for each container (or 1000 and 10,000 depending on the container) and grab all 5.

I've tried to get a delivery going, but all I'm finding are: containers showing a volume of let's say 100,000 and a collateral going into hundreds of millions.... :( Is that some sort of delivery scam like the 'I quit eve ...' contract scam ?

Its normal. I just got around to trying this as well. Keep looking and you will find small containers with collateral in the hundreds of thousands. I did 5 of them last night while I couldn't pay attention to my phone. I had to search around a bit and sadly ended up finding some at Jita.

That's the problem, the payouts are horrible. The money to time required ratio is turning a lot of people off doing it, which is a shame because as you said it is a very profitable business on Eve Online. If they overhauled the whole system and greatly increased the payout then the profit margins would be worth the time, and having a system where you could hire protection and being able to pay for it and still make it worth while, would have more people doing it! I know from a private protection point I can all but guarantee safe routes.....but it takes a lot of skill points to max those skills and a lot of money to have the best weapons, modules and rigs. So when the payout isn't worth it for the logistics guy, how can it be worth it for the protection guy?! Then there's the point of view from the people ordering deliveries. I since the beginning have made 106 delivery requests and 44 have failed, which obviously puts me off from paying for deliveries and I end up doing the collection myself! And to be honest I don't know where the isk is going because the cost of logistics is absurd, like I was ordering an item which was 100k, but the logistics cost was 800k! The whole system needs overhauled and they have to keep in mind that this isn't Eve on PC, it's Eve on mobile! Another good yin mate ✌️

Think you guys are not paying attention to the math if the collateral is set near the value then 50k is 1/6 the value you are paying away all your profits you really need to move as much volume as possi le and small ships are not good places to hull low value goods they can't carry enough bulk to make it worth while. For industrialist to actually use shippers there production and material cost and shipping cost have to be less then there sell price. None of these ships really have the cubage to hull worth while amounts of most goods that allow the trucker to take enough orders to make money

The time it takes to do say, 30 jumps, is more than enough time to source a ship, build it and sell it. Selling ships will get you a lot more money. So maybe before you try and "educate" us.
