Hey Stapes, really enjoying your campus design process. It’s pretty different from how haphazard my campuses turned out. Also just want to let you know that income will rise for the first few years as most students stick around for a three year course. So your income should at least triple by the third year. But if you’re still losing money I’d suggest looking at the staff and seeing if any of them are being payed more than you can afford. Alternatively check student housing and see if making more dorm rooms than one will get you better profit.
