I don't know if this is a version difference, but in okd 4.5 I had and error with "route: true". I resolved it with: spec: server: route: enabled: true The rest of the config worked well. Thanks for the great demo!

I am using OCP 4.3.3 and, I need to use "enable: true" too. apiVersion: argoproj.io/v1alpha1 kind: ArgoCD metadata: name: argocd namespace: argocd spec: server: route: enabled: true dex: openShiftOAuth: true image: quay.io/ablock/dex version: openshift-connector rbac: policy: | g, system:cluster-admin, role:admin

for those like myself that were unable to connect through --sso, one can use the option --core so you can connect using a session with Openshift argocd login --core
