Same issue as AJ below, hard to get hold of installer. Have a flashing power icon on keypad which I suspect is as a result of power going off several times a few months back. Probably just needs a reset or clearing or similar. Also need to temporarily remove a PIR sensor in the hall to decorate behind so need to (isolate) disable tamper, but as the installer is so elusive and no real instructions were given to us its hard to be happy with this system.

Don't buy this, it's useless. I have one in my house that I disabled because I couldn't get service support for it. Do yourself a favor and not buy it.

The service should be provided by the installer who sold you the system. We will be happy to recommend on an installer in your area if you cannot reach him.

la verdad que toda una decepción, demasiadas cosas en contra este equipo... todo pero todo es un problema ... las versiones de software... no son compatibles con ciertos windows, de la edad de piedra..entra en error al actualizar el firmware... el modulo ip una basura... carisimo y deficiente... la forma de instalarse es una pedorreada... un sistema de nube que la verdad deja mucho que desear... totalmente al pedo un montón de cosas.. gastas fortuna solo para tener problemas .... realmente estamos en el año 2017 y ni si quiera el equipo tiene una pagina web para administrarse... por favor..!! un router de 200 pesos tiene mas tecnologia que esta basura.... la saque y compre una alonso a2k8.... funciona todo de una y el soporte te responde de verdad...
