Getting started with Painter 2019 - Freehand sketching from reference

In this tutorial you will learn how to set up a reference image for freehand sketching, and how to use the various tools in the Reference Image panel. Painter Master Elite Cher Pendarvis demonstrates how she uses the chalk and pastel brushes to freely sketch a landscape using a reference image, starting with a rough sketch, then blocking in some color, and finishing up with some detailed brushwork.

It is never explained how to get the reference image window to appear. It is just there!
