having started with Age of Sigmar from Warhammer this is a welcome relief. I have a huge Nighthaunt army that I have spent countless $$ on and wish I had looked into this sooner. I have been an avid fan of Star Wars since Ep 3.

I never went down the WH path.. But I know from looking at the boxes on the shelves at the LGS that it is a stiff.. investment... compared to something like Legion... Granted, the details in their models are top notch and go above what I see in SWL.. So I can understand it... to a point. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment!

I started playing this past year. I’ve played a lot of Warhammer and I was impressed with how cheap these models are in price. I can buy a whole faction for less than half the price of a Warhammer army.

Well structured and produced video. I got legion when it first came out but the game never took off in my area. I'm trying to get back into now that I'm in a new area. I 2nd your thoughts on battleforces. For an individual player, they are the best deal even with the essentials kit. I'm really considering picking up the the Separtists Invasion force to contrast my Imperials.

Thank you for the positive feedback! I have been lucky enough to find and meet some new folks to get some regular games of Legion going.. But it did take some time and using things like the Legion Reddit and Discord. Hope you find some folks in your near area at it is a truly fun game to play!

Full Wookie, YES! Have a look at the Wookie Defenders Battleforce rules on AMGs site... Full Mando... Not as of yet... You can get close... But not 100%

Do I need two sets then to get my sister and I going or do I just need one set to be able to get both of us to play?

If talking about core sets... You can get started playing with a single box... Just note each of you would have a 450 point army. If you bought two core boxes you would be right at about 800 points and also each have your own set of cards, dice, tools, etc...

What I dont like a out the game is it's mainly different types of humanoids with a couple vehicles here and there. Warhammer has a WIDE array of unit types.

The republic battleforce actually isn't good...3 squads of arc troopers is horribly bad.
