When I click either "Verify" or "Upload", it says "the compiler quit with an error, but did not print any error messages! Your computer may be running out of memory or resources. Try closing other windows or programs Error compiling for board Teensy 2.0." Task manager shows that I am using 2.6GB of my 4GB memory, and the only other program open is my browser, as I am following your instructions. I tried taking the Arduino program down and restarting it, but got the same result. Any thoughts?

Those solder joints don't look too healthy... u need to use some flux, proper heat, and good solder.

My teensy 3.2 won't boot up with 4V power supply. I have connected VIN and ground

I believe most Teensy need to have 3V
