Finally, a good step-by-step guide. It would be great if you could make a series out of this, covering the most frequent cases where you would use APIs, such as live agent handoff, connecting to client databases to retrieve or update information, setting off automated processes like purchase checkout or order confirmations, etc. Also, great job from Alex. 10/10 video.

@@Voiceflow Automatical purchase order confirmation is a very useful tutorial that we need. I have spent 1 week trying to figure this out with no success, I would appreciate an official tutorial on how to make the agent send an automatic order confirmation after successful payment without the user having to prompt it with messages like "I have paid ", the agent should auto detect successful payment and send an order confirmation

I am struggeling with the voiceflow part. How do you set that up... From you video I only see a block set to Echo. Can you please elaborate on this?

This is great, but I have a question, how is the full name of Alex shown on the transcripts page by only passing the ID? Is it like a test persona inside the project? Really curious about this one 🤔

It's because Alex has an associated Voiceflow account and is testing on Voiceflow!

Does anyone know why I got an error that says: import requests ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'requests'?
