Getting Stuck. Drilling. And Getting Stuck

The last 140 acres of millet that needed drilled did not go very well. Despite the hot weather and wind there were numerous wet spots that I needed to go around. At the end of the day I got stuck 3 times and our 4WD came to the rescue.

Heh... When the Welkers are planting alkali ground they actually bring an extra Big Bud articulated out to the Section as a rescue tractor. I'm used to farmland where there's houses. The acreage where the Welkers and the Mitchells farm there isn't an occupied farmstead for miles....or even to the horizon.

we have all got stuck after the large amount of rain fell on the land. It was easier to not to plant fields than get stuck. But I take my hat of to you trying to plant a crop to feed your stock. Great drone shots and video Keep up the good work

here in michigan we got stuck a lot this spring and it can make a man lose his cool at times but the fields need to be planted we planted extremely early this year to avoid the rain but all of my family's 3500 acres are planted. I feel your pain.

Yeah it’s been terribly wet here to, we bought a drill in middle of May with the same exact intensions as you haha we got 1/8 of our corn in but all the beans in. Seeding forage sorghum, teff grass and millet now, should have enough feed to get us to next year now. Great videos keep it up!

The cab is really nice. Lately we have been having problems with the SCV's kicking out while we are planting. To me it seems underpowered. A lot of them have 6.8 L engines and I think they are kind of gutless.
