What a decision it turned out to be... to head to Ashdown Forest just two days ago and record this video over another one, which I hope to release next week. The combination of Fog and Sunrise for that shot @ 2:34 really was one of my favourite captures from an amazing morning out. I hope that you enjoyed this weeks video, and found it useful - I hope too, that you're able to relate with the waffle that I was attempting to talk about... See you on the next one 👍👍

I feel like there are 2 underlying important things in this video, first if you have the possibility to visit a spot multiple times it's almost always beneficial to your photography because you know what you're getting into. Secondly while I understand what you're saying, I think it's also important to accept that you will in fact get caught in the moment and that 95% of your shots aren't meant to be posted and are mere snapshot of a moment you lived rather than an art piece to showcase to the world. Sometimes the composition that I took on the spot without overthinking them are the most rewarding ones because they reflect what the moment really was rather than what I was trying to make it look like.

Yeah completely agree with what you say on both cases - I did actually record a piece saying I was being a bit of a hypocrite as like you mention, most shots we take, people wont see so doesnt matter - But didnt want to include it as felt the video would have been a bit too long winded... Even I agree that what I say in this video, definitely only tells half the story
