CONGRATS Juan! Dude. I am so happy for you! 5 leads in a neighborhood means you are about to DOMINATE and take over. That's what it's all about! Keep crushing it man and super appreciate you taking the time to share your success! Wishing you all the best!

I started doing this a couple weeks ago Adam and it's already made a difference in my sales. I have a GPS tracking app and always right down all the info from every single door I walk up to. Awesome information. Thanks 👍

Pumped to see you putting this strategy to work and seeing the results :) Keep it up!

Excellent video. This guy actually delivers valuable content instead of clickbait like some other creepy roofing KZbin channels. The best point is to go back and scour that neighborhood multiple times after you gain some traction.

Thanks for the positive feedback. We do things differently here and provide 100% of our training free. Glad you're diggin' it!

@@TheRoofStrategist Any good hailstorms this year ? We have not had a major one in Austin or Denver.
@TheRoofStrategist5 жыл бұрын
@@texasRoofDoctor I haven't heard of anything that's hit major metro markets... YET. For what it's worth, I would subscribe to Interactive Hail Maps and/or something of the like. Denver area has been getting a ton of severe weather (mostly east of the metro areas) so I suspect it's only a matter of time.

What about when you you are in a dry stage and not much hail? Do you drive and pick certain homes or do you still go knocking? That is where we are right now and I was looking for a video in regards to that but did not find one targeting that subject. Thanks
@TheRoofStrategist3 жыл бұрын
Fantastic question. A few options and a few videos for you :) First, I reference the hail maps from the prior 3 years and review them to find any overlap or fringe areas that may help me open up older damage with a new storm date. Sometimes you'll find these fringe areas that suddenly become workable again. I had a sales rep do 40 homes in 6 blocks in 6 weeks with ZERO competition. We opened up a small little neighborhood honey hole with aluminum siding from a small, 1" hail date. Secondly, check out this Scouting Playlist: kzbin.info/aero/PLZ20p_mXvgkWLEVlAyJEYN5N01qTgJ1Ds For help selling "end of season" or "old" storms, watch this: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rqSWpWOfjdOgiNE Last thing. The off season is a fantastic time to start building your pipeline doing these 2 things specifically. #1) Reaching out to all past customers to check in. Ask for their insurance agents name so you can reach out and make sure their file is updated to reflect their new roof. Now you can introduce yourself to the insurance agent (I have material in my Battle Pack you can use for this). These relationships you build can create long-lasting referral pipelines. Playlist here: kzbin.info/aero/PLZ20p_mXvgkWLYjx3WqOMiPZEQcDy_VTL #2) While on the phone with your past customers, ask for referrals (using the referral strategy I teach and include in the Battle Pack/Complete Sales Strategy). You can also watch my referral playlist here: kzbin.info/aero/PLZ20p_mXvgkWAQcJ8WodwYe0Vy_o71J13 Hope this keeps ya busy for a bit :) Comment or question on any video. I read and reply to all of 'em

Do you ring the smart doorbells or do you see that as an easy way to say no for the homeowner?
@TheRoofStrategist4 жыл бұрын
I'm a big fan of knocking :) I only use the bell if no one answers. Knock with a unique sequence of knocks, Like, Da... da.ta.ta.da.....da! -- It makes homeowners really curious who is at the door!
@joetwo79514 жыл бұрын
I agree with Adam Knock first but don't be afraid to ring the bell. Those doorbell cameras alert them that you're there before you even knock. I do big Goofy waves at the doorbell cameras and smile big

Always knock and re-knock doors that are not home. I can't tell you how many customers I have signed up that had a card or flier I left sitting next to the door.
@TheRoofStrategist5 жыл бұрын
Amen to that. It makes door knocking waaay more effective and suck a whole lot less!

Thanks this is super helpful. I am almost exclusively one-and-done so haven't sold a lot. I have made a decent living but I know there are things I could do better because other people are selling way more than me! This is a big piece of the puzzle I think.
@joetwo79514 жыл бұрын
I highly recommend Spotio you can get it for free for one person. You can also download all the information to excel and have a list of all the doors you want to contact amd use that information with the marketing Battle Pack and you can send them letters or look up their information from an Auditor's website and try to get ahold of them other ways. But the hundred percent best way to get a roof that you really want but is hard to get hold of is to sell the neighbors first.
