a w I’ve just got my very first pack of Prismacolor Premier pencils - I love them 😍 but they cannot be compared to Crayola I don’t think - for me Crayola is a good starting point ☺️ And just look at those results Jenna gets 😃

I just wanna say, thank you so much for making this. I really like using crayola colored pencils for some reason, but I always end up coloring like a 7 yr old ;-;, but this tutorial actually helped unlike others that just decide to add in expensive colored pencil brands without saying. Crayola is great not so erasable as the other brand that I have but is just as good as the other brand I use. I have to blend with my other brand with the Crayola pencils sometimes to get the color I'm trying to achieve. But for the most part works good. ❤️

2/7/23 My coloring skills are that of a 1st grader in a 70 yr old mind filled with anything but color theory, how to blend, shade, erc. I'm lost with pencils, paint, and markers. When buying crayons or products it’s best to check crayons in store just flip open the package quickly to check all tips are in tact. Mistakenly bought a crayon pack with 2 broken tips. Sharpened to fix them.

Sameul Ullah I Love all of the options on the 100 pack and if I was going to buy only one set of pencils I would definitely go for the 100 (my favorite part is having a light purple!)! You can get a set of 50 for $6-$8, and the 100 pack is $18.99 on Amazon, which is the cheapest I’ve seen it. If the price difference feels a little extravagant to you, then listen to that- I have had amazing results in my classroom for the 50 pack and have opted to not spend the extra budget money on lots of 100 packs (of course we are talking a way bigger price difference when buying in bulk!). So, if you have the extra $12 to spend, go for the 100 pack there are some great colors in there! If you want to stay under $10, the 50 pack will not disappoint and I think you will be very happy with what you can do with the 50 colors in the pack!

You are in luck!!! They have been sold out for a year now, I thought they were discontinued. I just looked and they have 8 in stock!!!! I was so excited to see the unicorn one to get for my daughter but take a close look... the purple one(150) I have has a holder for each pencil. The unicorn one (168) holds 3 pencil to an elastic. I have cases like this and the elastics get stretched out when you put more than one pencil in it and I hate it! She must've got a good box. i just bought these today and i found they were waxy and hardly any pigment. blending two colors over each other was patchy and steaky. I do have prismacolor pencils, which are awesome.. but i saw the crayola 100 set on sale and i wanted the neonish colors in my collection. i'm really disappointed but i will continue to use them but not for serious art.

Ack! Sorry to hear this!!!! I have been using Crayola on the classroom for 18 years and have come across some old pencils here and there that do that. If it was the hundred pack it couldn’t have been very old so I don’t know what could have gone wrong! I do pad my workspace with several sheets of paper which allows for more pigment. For the record I am not affiliated or promoted by Crayola at all. For my personal artwork I prefer to use Prismacolor. Well worth the investment for personal use, there is just no way for me to budget that kind of public school money on such expensive pencils! I have no choice but to use something in the price range of Crayola and have found it is the best for the money! The hundred packs are still too expensive for me to get for the kids, and I haven’t done much work with them because of it. Wondering if those extra colors don’t have as much pigment?! Anyway, sorry for your frustration, that is never fun. I hope you find the media that works best for you and the tips I have to offer help you in one way or another!
