Hello, I am stuck between this and stone wet grinders like Elgi ultra wet grinder. Which one is best for Dosa, Idli, vada batters and daily Peanut chutney making. Wet stone grinder or this one? U may have experience withg both type of grinders. So, can u please let me know. Is the 3000rpm slow speed really good for making peanut chutney without heating the chutney and batter compare with our regualr high speed mixies? Pls let me know, thank you.

Heat agirukum. There is a light in the side which should be green. If it shows red then mixie is hot. So it will stop automatically
