Last life admin day I made a Lasik appointment and now I wish I did it years ago. The thing is I can afford it now so it’s probably for the best that I waited. Now I’m just living my life from legally blind on my driver’s license to better than 20/20. They were like “yeah can you do it in a week?” and I just scheduled it and it really was terrifying, but so worth it. Next is a crown and a teeth cleaning, fun stuff!

I had PRK (similar to Lasik) this summer. It's a longer recovery time and my eyes are still settling but even so - I agree, so worth it!

When you said there was no satisfaction from doing your taxes I thought sure there is. Nothing like getting it done then not having to worry about it again for another year. Then you said how satisfying it was to have it done 😂 great job! Also have my first jab booked for this Saturday with my hubby and son. My daughter is still too young or she would be getting it too. In U.S. here and your first part about needing to wait another month to get vaccinated makes me so grateful we have such easy access to it, mindful that not everyone (worldwide) does, and a little angry so many here are still not taking advantage of it.
