I used 2 accounts. ►Use as many devices as you can & have people help you. ►Calling through the phone was faster for me. ►Pre-Queue for LA on Ticketmaster was 30 minutes before. ►Ticketmaster App and calling is only applicable to US residents I usually stay away from buying 3rd party tickets since they triple the price. If you do buy 3rd party tickets, buy it at your own risk. I have bought tickets from vividseats & stubhub and they worked for me but I paid more. I bought a total of 8 tickets for my friends but no luck on floor seating. I will try again for floor tickets.

I waited 2 hours on queue and once I was on the Ticketmaster when I tried to get the tickets they would be snatched.... then when I finally was able to get the tickets when it came time to paying it took 15 minutes to load the new page and by that time the tickets where gone.

For every city minus brazil 😭😭 São paulo tickets are only going for sale on the 11th but im EXTREMELY nervous cause its only 1 night/concert for the whole continent (except the us and canada, that had concerts in the first half of the tour) but still, i am SO GRATEFUL that their are coming to my country, like, not even to my state, but im so HAPPYYYYY (sorry for the mini rant 😅)

I tried on Ticketmaster for Chicago and incorporated it into my high school ESL class. I got through the waiting room and there were no seats left. So I went to vivid right away and got a seat for $300 in section 133. It was so much easier. It was funny because my high school students were cheering me on as we watched the little man walk and then run and then walk through the waiting room. They helped me pick my seat. LOL! I’ve seen them at the Allstate arena in 2017 and at the United Center in October. I’m excited to see them outdoors at soldier Field. As a native Chicagoan, I’ve never been there so this will be cool on many fronts. Now I hear there will be another show! I don’t think I’ll try for that one. I don’t want to be too greedy. 😬. I’ll just celebrate my luck.

Bruh.. me, my bf and my sister spent about 3 hours(2 different time zones) just on Ticketmaster, finally got in and seats just kept disappearing before we could pay. Finally just said F this and went to stubhub for about an hour, debating and waiting on a good price for the seating that was available. The price we would’ve paid for front row on Ticketmaster is probably what we paid for level 2 seating but idc. I’m going to finally see bts live!!

michmoe85 same here! was on q for 2 hours for metlife and even tried calling the automated ticketmaster line but couldn’t get through. My hubby felt so bad for me that he was like just buy them from vivid seats so you can control where you want to sit. Of course, I’m not gonna pay thousands for the floor seats so the next best thing for me was seat 225 smack in the middle and elevated since I’m short where i can see everything. Paid 340/pp still reasonable but they kill you with service charges. Anyway I got the tickets and I’m happy to finally see the boys 😭 goodluck to everyone buying on March 8!

Bro I got the tickets for LA. I was so happy. I was at school and it was recess which was 10 which was when the tickets went on sale. I was praying to God hoping my mom got the tickets. After school, I was to scared to ask her right away. Then she was like, "Ok I got the tickets" and I was like, "Omg really!! Wait I'mma cry!!" Then I started crying. I saw them for the first time in Fort Worth in September and it was literally THE BEST night of my life and after seeing them just once, it’s so addicting and I just wanna see them again and again because I love them so much and their energy and the energy of the Army 😭

I called when the countdown was at 6 minutes. All i did was make the automatic voice repeat a part until the countdown was done lol 😂 I was able to get two floor tickets next to each other, thankfully 🙏

Basically right here: 1:51 (it lists different events and you just say repeat after its done listing) The automated number is 866-448-7849. I can’t answer your floor seating question since I was able to get them on my first try. I just said ‘best available’

after the 1st show sold out for London, I was gutted. But they announced the 2nd show a few days ago, and tickets went on sale today! And I GOT THEM. Ive never been so stressed, ticket master was probably the worst place to get tickets, because it’s so quick pace. i freaked out. I had my mum, my two sisters AND me try to buy. only my mum got through, but im really pleased with my seats. If any of you are considering getting tickets, please think about having multiple people try and buy! Also, if you’re going through ticketmaster (which i do not recommend) make sure you have your card information typed in, because they have a timer. My mum was literally against a 7 minute clock. if she hadn’t had out in her card details, those tickets would have gone to someone else.

I also bought my tickets over the phone. Which was a lot easier than on the website and app. Only thing that makes me so anxious is that when buying over the phone you do not receive any email confirmation and the tickets won't show up in your account. You just get a confirmation number and have to wait for them in the mail. Will be the most nerve racking until they show up!!

Yes. It’s the same as pit but seated. I got C4 floor seating.

When I tried to get soundcheck the same white loading screen happened to me as well it was irritating. And then my laptop went through but it kept saying my order couldn’t process and I had to try again so many times. So I just called and got some tickets.
