I was in the same spot as him. Was cron tapping my PEN for like 1.5 years and failing every time. One day I just decided to dump everything I had into it and it went like 3 raw taps later (35th attempt total). Felt like a whole new world of progression opened up from a single item going. Then I proceeded to PEN my Awakening weapon on the first attempt and got my Fallen God pieces online. Of course now as I type this I haven't booted up BDO in like 3 months, and now they have brand NEW weapons to work towards... just how my relationship with this game works.

Upgrades are a good hit of dopamine.... but the pathway of whats ahead is a greater thing to look forward to. Too bad there is a brick wall at the end.
