Hey Cake Chums and welcome to another video.
I am so excited to be able welcome Vicky Teather of Yellow Bee Sugar Art to the Mr Baker's Cakes kitchen this week to show us how to make an adorable leprechaun cake topper, in honour of St. Patrick's Day this week!
In the video, Vicky will take you through all of her essential modelling tools, how to colour your modelling pastes and prepare your cupcake toppers, before demonstrating how to model an adorable cartoon face that can be adapted for a whole host of different characters and themes - as well as showing you how to add depth and shading with edible powder colours.
