Your dad will never retire! Hes like my dad...worked all his life, "retired" but then still went to work everyday after for FREE...couldnt get rid of him lol....he was doing this with stage 2-3 pancreatic cancer and up till he passed with stage 4...even then guys at his work would show up at his bedside asking for work advice!! 👍 #WorkEthic

Seth videos are very helpful I've been bodybuilding for 43 years I learned a lot from the guy I apply his workout tips very helpful I can honestly say I don't do his workouts but I do the best I can with past injuries in my early twenties and late thirties high volume high intensity gave me a new fire to kick ass I'm 60 years old his supplements are the best I've used tried them all would like to meet the man in person someday he makes me laugh his employee Zack is a great person to talk to when I order supplements
