This segment, Life and Death in Bodybuilding, is about this being as real as it gets. It's about me telling you "yep they're going to F*%king kill you..." Anyone that thinks that they won't is full of $hit and they are F*%king lying to you.

The fact average male testosterone levels have been decreasing in the US after WWII is a tragedy itself. Lifting and motorcycles are the few things that truly make me feel alive despite my ups and downs. Thanks Seth!

This is the first time I have watched one of these segments and honestly, it reminded me of the videos Rich Piana used to make talking about the same things. I remember when he was alive and not understanding all the hate he got, how could someone hate a guy so brutally honest, positive and motivating? When he passed, people were still hating and making jokes about him but you know something? I didn't feel bad, I knew that he lived his life TO THE FULLEST and that the people hating and making jokes could never even get close to his level. To this day, I go back to his old videos and re watch them just to appreciate how much him and his videos helped me through all the bullshit. Some people may find it ridiculous and funny of me to say this but Rich Piana was and still is someone I look up to. I keep him as my lock screen photo on my phone so that every time I use my phone, I see him and instantly get reminded of all the things he used to say about being positive and motivation and life. It keeps me straight and his words will NEVER die for me. RIP Rich Piana, we dearly miss you. You may be gone, but the legacy you left behind is immortalised in the hearts and minds of those who took heed to your message. Thank You Seth for making these videos.

Seth - I just finished watching all 6 parts to this title. Very Inspirational and a much different outlook on steroids than most places. I enjoyed the series and even though part 6 did not get into any additional details on supplements or drugs, I like the overall message. I stated racing Moto-X at 18 back in the 1970's. In 1980 at age 19 I joined the Marine Corps during one of the "Crisis" or "Incidents" and had some steel removed from a previous Motorcycle Racing injury. I left the Marine Corps at age 23 and during that time I Traveled to both coasts, Traveled to the far east for a year, Surfed in the Pacific, Jumped out of Airplanes along the Atlantic and did some Scuba Diving around the Island of Okinawa. I met people of many different nationality's and cultures, learned a few different languages, Screwed like I would be dead tomorrow, (thats a reality in the Marine Corps), and lived life to the fullest on my terms (within Reason). During my time in the Marine Corps I adopted the mind set of Live Life to the Fullest and have No Regrets when I am retired but don't be stupid about it. Keeping a Positive Attitude is not always easy but will help get you through some bad times and it is amazing how like minded people will gravitate to that attitude and help reinforce your mind set. It is Important. I got into Body Building on my own during my early 30's and looked great, but never tried any juice, it was not my priority at the time. Now I am almost 60, still working out in the gym, have made and lost a few fortunes (divorces), and getting married soon to a beautiful woman 25 years younger than me, and I am on track to retire early at 62 and begin traveling the world again. Seth - at 33 you have a fantastic insight into life and I truly enjoy the "in your face" language - most jar-heads do. At age 60 the only regret I have is I did not spend as much time with my parents as I would have liked after they retired, and so far that is my only regret. We should all be so lucky as to hit 60 and have only 1 regret in our life. I still have goals that go beyond my retirement age and well into my late 70's and I believe that is a key element to living a longer and healthy life. Spending a lot of quality time with your kids and fucking the wife everywhere you can and as often as you can - great to hear you say that - cause it is very important! Most people do not plan to fail - they fail to plan. And in this country where we have the freedom to make changes in our life style and live well, there simply is no excuse for failure or for people to complain and have to many regrets. Love the Videos and the Direct language - Keep Up the Good Work !!!
